What happens after the trial?
You'll be prompted to add a payment method. If you don't, your account is locked — but all your data is preserved until you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up and you're in. No contracts, no setup fees.
What do my clients pay?
You set the price per client portal. They pay you via Stripe. CrateVanta charges you the platform fee separately — we take no cut of your client revenue.
